Be First is a Barking and Dagenham based development manager, wholly owned by Barking and Dagenham Council. The mission is to accelerate the development of new homes and jobs for local people. With 400 hectares of development land, Be First plans to provide 50,000 high quality new homes and 20,000 new jobs within the next 20 years from 2020-2040.
