Westminster City Council has granted permission for demolition of plant storey at 31 Old Burlington Street at roof level, full height lift rear extension and three storey rear outbuilding. Excavation to rear of site and erection of replacement four storey rear outbuilding with five condensing units on roof, erection of extension at rear lower ground, to third floor levels, erection of secondary pitch to mansard roof inconnection with the use of the building as 5 x flats (Class C3).
