Savills has let the remaining office space at 36 Dover Street to Integration Management Consultancy Ltd, taking the prime Mayfair office building to full occupancy.

The business management consultancy has agreed to a new 10-year lease on 2,567 sq ft (238 sq m) of newly refurbished office space across the second floor.

Existing occupiers in the five storey building include Mercer Real Estate Advisors and Hampden & Co. Victoria Beckham’s boutique is located in the ground floor retail unit.
