Coach, Inc., a leading New York design house of modern luxury accessories and lifestyle brands, is moving to 200-206 Regent Street.

The store is expected to open autumn 2016, timed to finalise celebrations for the brand’s 75th Anniversary year. The new 27,500 sq. ft. location will incorporate both a relocated Coach store, moving from the current location at 76-78 Regent Street, and a Stuart Weitzman store, a first for Regent Street.

Victor Luis, Chief Executive Office of Coach, Inc., said, “We are delighted to bring Coach and Stuart Weitzman together at this iconic location, while maintaining their unique identities with individual stores and spaces for each brand.”

Nigel Darwin, President, Coach Europe, said “We're extremely excited about this pivotal move for us on the capital’s most important retail street. We look forward to the creation of a new Coach House and are confident that our Modern Luxury store environment, showcasing the breadth of Coach's rich heritage and commitment to craftsmanship along with product designed by Stuart Vevers, will resonate with both the international and local London customer base. Following our recently opened Paris Flagship store on Rue Saint-Honoré, this move demonstrates our continued commitment to brand transformation and development within Europe.”

Katerina Mercury, for Regent Street at The Crown Estate, said “We’re delighted to have worked with Coach at this exciting time of growth and transformation of their brand to expand their presence on Regent Street. We’re also thrilled that the UK’s first Stuart Weitzman store will be joining Regent Street, a name synonymous with craftsmanship, quality design and glamour. These two brands will both strengthen the offer to our customers and further underpin Regent Street’s position as world class flagship destination for successful global luxury brands.”

The Crown Estate manages Regent Street on behalf of the Regent Street Partnership, which comprises The Crown Estate and Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM). Over the past 12 years our investment in Regent Street has been redeveloping historic blocks to create high quality modern retail and office space behind Regent Street’s historic facades. This investment has seen Regent Street transformed into one of the world’s most popular shopping, leisure and business destinations, which counts a wide range of successful global retailers, restaurateurs and companies amongst its tenants.
