Stanhope and Mitsui Fudosan have signed a 68,170 sq ft pre-letting agreement at 70 Mark Lane with global insurance company Zurich. The total pre-lets for the development is now over 90%, ahead of its completion in December.
Zurich join fellow insurers Miller Insurance Services, who have already agreed to take the first 6 floors of the development.
The scheme has already achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
