St Edward's flagship development 375 Kensington High Street has won the London Evening Standard New Homes Award 2014 for 'Best London Home'.

A judging panel of independent property experts and the voting public selected the development for its outstanding resident facilities, refined architecture and excellent transport links.

The accolade was selected on criteria including innovation, quality of design and utilisation of space and light. The judges commented 375 Kensington High Street had all the facilities you could possibly want for London living - pool, gym, concierge, private cinema - and transport on the doorstep, heralding it as "proper London".

Paul Vallone, Executive Chairman of St Edward comments: "375 Kensington High Street's recognition as 'Best London Home' affirms we have combined luxurious quality with world-renowned design, dedicated service and a traditionally inspired London courtyard garden to create the perfect community. It is a great honour which is a testament to the effort and dedication that has gone in from the outset, with an almost obsessive attention to detail and determination to get every aspect, no matter how small, absolutely right."

Located in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, 375 Kensington High Street is setting a new benchmark for luxury living. Designed by award winning architects Squire and Partners, the development is comprised of seven refined buildings set around a beautifully landscaped garden square. Many of the apartments and all penthouses include private balconies or terraces, which pay homage to the stuccoed terraces of Kensington's Victorian mansion blocks.

Building homes that embody the local area's reputation for cosmopolitan design and fine living, 375 Kensington High Street is part of the Warwick Road masterplan which is renewing this part of the Royal Borough.

Once complete in 2016 the development will consist of over 500 new one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses. The latest release of 91 one, two and three bedroom luxury apartments, duplexes and penthouses at Benson House represents the next opportunity for potential buyers to own a home at 375 Kensington High Street.

Michael Squire, Senior Partner, Squire and Partners, comments: "375 Kensington High Street is the first development in the Warwick Road Masterplan to be constructed and is the key composition setting the direction for the remaining developments.

"The design of the masterplan is based on the pattern of garden squares found elsewhere in the adjoining 19th century residential development. The garden squares (Onslow Square), the green fingers (Kensington Gate) and the campaniles (Imperial College campanile) are all elements found in the neighbouring urban environment, and connect the new buildings to the historic urban pattern of development."

A wide array of amenities at 375 Kensington High Street add comfort and convenience to the homeowner's living experience while creating the foundation for a thriving residential community.

Working professionals can also enjoy the benefits of an advanced 24-hour business suite providing Wi-Fi and digital communications technology to meet business needs at any time of the day.

A fully equipped leisure suite comprising a swimming pool, sauna, spa and fitness studio provides several different ways to unwind. A 24-hour concierge service and private cinema room also cater to the various demands of the modern lifestyle.

The individual homes at 375 Kensington High Street range in size from 520 to 2,281 sq ft. St Edward have created elegant apartments featuring a variety of bespoke fixtures to create a stylish and comfortable living space.

St Edward has previously been commended for the quality of its homes elsewhere in London, scooping the UK Property Award's 'Best Landscape Architecture' prize for its Harrow-based development Stanmore Place.

Prices at Benson House start from £790,000. 375 Kensington High Street's Sales and Marketing Suite is open daily from 10am to 6pm (Thursday 10am to 8pm).
