Westminster City Council has granted planning for:
Use as four residential units (1 x 1-bed, 1 x 2-bed, 2 x 3-bed) with associated external alterations including relocation of window to rear elevation, replacement of plastic framed windows on rear elevation with timber framed windows and replacement tiles to front lightwell and porch.
