Westminster City Council has granted planning permission for:
Erection of new fourth floor on 527-533 Oxford Street to provide additional bedrooms for the existing hotel (Class C1) at 140 Park Lane. Alterations to the east and north facades to create flush elevations in line with new extension. Extension of existing link bridge to serve fourth floor extension. Display of public art on north wall facing Oxford Street.
