Construction on 1 Mayfair, the highly anticipated £2 billion residential development in Mayfair, has reached 65% completion. The project is on track to be finished by the end of 2025.

The landmark scheme by luxury developer Caudwell has had a nine-year construction programme, which started in 2017 and included the creation of an extensive basement for the spectacular health spa featuring a 20 metre (65 ft) swimming pool, parking and other amenities, the basement structure is 27 metres (90 ft) below ground level at its deepest point.

Located on the doorstep of Park Lane and Hyde Park, just moments from Mount Street, Mayfair’s high street, 1 Mayfair is a 300,000 sq ft (GEA) luxury destination, eight storeys high at its apex, occupying half of an entire city block with facades fronting onto South Audley Street, Hill Street and Waverton Street.

The ultra-prime 1 Mayfair comprises 24 principal residences including lateral apartments, penthouses and townhouses, five further pieds-à-terre and stately home inspired entertaining halls and lounges designed around a central garden.
