It's been a month since Regal London agreed to purchase 100 Avenue Road, the site above the Swiss Cottage Station in London NW3, so it's about time we took some fresh photos to document the progress.
Regal London is currently revising the plans for the site that has planning permission for 184 homes. Scroll down for photos of the site from Finchley Road on Wednesday 17th April 2024:
