HUB, in collaboration with Bridges Fund Management, has acquired Murray House at 45 Beech Street in the City of London for £30m, marking their 11th joint acquisition.

The plan is to refurbish the office building into a residential scheme, led by HUB subsidiary HubCap. Situated on the outskirts of the Barbican Estate, the redevelopment emphasises low-carbon practices, aiming to optimize operational carbon savings by reusing existing buildings.

This marks HubCap's largest deal to date, focusing on preserving the building's character. A community consultation will be initiated to involve existing residents in shaping the redevelopment plans.
