Park Modern was selected as the regional winner in the Show Flats and Developments – UK category in the SBID International Design Awards 2023. The recently completed 180,000 sq ft £530 million (GDV) development stands as a luxury and innovative design symbol.

The SBID Awards, renowned for recognising outstanding interior design and development achievements, has positioned Park Modern as an industry trailblazer.

The winning 2,325 sq ft three-bedroom show apartment was inspired by the enchanting allure of London and the majestic grandeur of Hyde Park.
