Public consultation on proposals to redevelop 1-3 Westbourne Grove was launched by developer Valouran this week.

The proposed plans designed by MorenoMasey see the restoration and enhancement of the two buildings at the intersection of Westbourne Grove and Queensway. The existing structures would be preserved along with the iconic facade with a new building created behind it, featuring combined floorplates.
