McGee demolition is now on site at Lansdowne House on Berkeley Square in Mayfair, London W1.

The new 10-storey building designed by Allford Monaghan Morris will offer 225,000 sq ft of office space and 14,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant space.

The building will serve as the new headquarters for asset manager Blackstone, relocating from 40 Berkeley Square.

The development will restore the site's historical link to Berkeley Square. Featuring balconies on each level and rooftop terraces that promote greening, biodiversity, and well-being, the building aims to secure an "Outstanding" BREEAM rating.
