Jeremy King, a renowned restaurateur and co-founder of The Wolseley and Brasserie Zedel, has announced his first solo venture called "The Park."

The new restaurant is situated in the Fenton Whelan’s Park Modern development and will be in the style of European grand cafes and brasseries with a contemporary twist.

Located at the corner of Bayswater Road and Queensway, it will offer outside seating with a view of Kensington Palace Gardens.

After the sale of Corbin & King last year, Jeremy King is excited to embark on this new venture. Davis Coffer Lyons provided advice and leasing services to the landlord and acted as a broker in the deal.
