Chanel, the iconic fashion house, has chosen Berkeley Estate Asset Management’s 38 Berkeley Square as their global HQ.

This 86,000 sq ft building designed by Piercy & Co is the first new development on the square in two decades. Upon completion next summer, it'll stand tall as the highest CLT office building in London.

Chanel is moving to its new headquarters in 2025 for the next 20 years from Time & Life Building on New Bond Street, where they've been since 2018.
