Hanover Green Retail, acting on behalf of Duke Street Property, has secured a new lease agreement for 105 Wigmore Street.

Until, a leading holistic wellness brand, will soon open its third location in London, offering a comprehensive range of health and wellness services all in one place.

The new facility, covering 8,500 sq ft, is set to open in September 2023 and will feature cutting-edge treatment and consultation rooms for physiotherapy, dental and medical consultations, as well as a state-of-the-art gym for personal trainers. The space will include a coworking area for members to conduct their business activities. Until's Wigmore Street location represents a move into more conventional healthcare services.
