Collins announces it has achieved phase one completion with the handover of the hospitality-inspired reception and lounge area to Berkeley Estate Asset Management in the grade A office space at 72 Welbeck Street.

The Collins team, in collaboration with Buckley Gray Yeoman architects, has completed an interior fit-out project that features custom interior design elements and premium finishes. The result is a modern and serene entrance to the building.
