Completion
Collins has completed two floors of office space at Ryder Court on behalf of Lithium Real Estate.
The team delivered the new office space, a total of 9,000 sq ft, to a Cat A standard. The refurbishment also involved upgrading all services throughout and creating a new, modern space that offers enhanced changing and bike storage facilities to incoming tenants.
BNP Paribas is currently advertising the ground and lower ground floors to let.
