Yoo Capital has bought 135-149 Shaftesbury Avenue from a private vendor for c. £30m.
Hanover Green and Lawrence Stephens Limited represented the vendor and KLM Real Estate, Fladgate and Weil, and Gotshal & Manges acted on behalf of Yoo Capital.
