Working on site beside the base build contractor Ellmer, Walterlilly carried out the fit out of the 1,200m2 private penthouse.

The residence has 5 bedrooms with en-suite, a formal reception room, bar lounge area, media room, staff quarters and utility room. A unique curved feature stairs connect the top and middle storeys of the penthouse.

Underfloor water heating runs throughout the apartment, a fan cooling unit and manifold heating system is installed in the plant room.

Crestron home control system with a Sonos sound system included 45 speakers plastered in invisibly throughout the penthouse walls and ceilings.
