The development comprises 209,000 sq ft offices at 1 Soho Place, 36,000 sq ft retail at One Oxford Street and 40,000 sq ft theatre at 2-4 Soho Place.
36,000 sq ft of prime retail space is available to let through Kenningham Retail and Savills.
