Knight Harwood has been appointed as the Main Contractor for Chanel’s new head office at the Time & Life building in Mayfair.
The scheme comprises remodelling and fitting out this Grade II* listed Time & Life Building to provide a new headquarters for Chanel.
A key element of the scheme is the creation of a new triple height atrium with stairs connecting the three floors, while adjacent commercial and retail spaces remain operational. The scope includes the connection of the new space in the Time & Life building to Chanel’s existing offices in the adjacent building, over all three levels.
The project will be certified to a minimum LEED Gold standard.
