81 Dean Street has achieved practical completion, reports architect Robin Partington & Partners.
Comprised of 18 residential apartments set over six floors above a ground and basement level retail unit, the scheme provides fresh animation to the streetscape, with layered cladding, punctuating shutters and a welcoming colonnade.
In the coming months, restaurant chain Wagamamas will be opening their flagship UK restaurant at 81 Dean Street, whilst fit-out of the residential units is due to be completed in Autumn of next year.
