ArcelorMittal takes space

ArcelorMittal has completed on 26,000 sq ft on the seventh floor of Berkeley Square House, reports Montagu Evans.


The lease will run from 2016 until 2023.


In 2015, ArcelorMittal had revenues of $63.6bn and crude steel production of 92.5m tonnes. The company also sponsors the UK’s largest piece of public art, the Arcelor Mittal Orbit in the Olympic Park, standing at 114.5m.


Duncan Ferguson of Lancer Property Asset Management Ltd, the firm managing the building, said: “We are delighted that Arcelor Mittal has extended its occupation at Berkeley Square House. It is a fantastic endorsement of the building to keep this global superpower of a business as tenants.”


Montagu Evans, Bilfinger GVA and CBRE advised Lancer Property Asset Management and Cushman & Wakefield advised Arcelor Mittal.
