The Colonnades is a large mixed-use building in Bayswater, London W2.
The Colonnades comprises a mews block of two-storey terraced houses and three large blocks of flats (The North 100 Building, the 200 Building and the 300 Building). It was designed by Nicholas Grimshaw and Terry Farrell of Farrell Grimshaw Practice in the early 1970s.
The South 100 building is connected at a high level and below ground to the North 100 building. It is made up of commercial units on the ground and first floors, with two further stories of residential units above.
In October 2021, Michael Elliott is offering the commercial element of the building for sale. An extremely rare large Central London supermarket with 58,456 sq ft underground car park providing future asset management opportunities. Multi-let with 69% of the commercial income let to Waitrose for a further 14 years.
