White City Place is set on 17 acres of land adjacent to the Imperial College campus, White City tube station (Central Line) and Wood Lane tube station (Hammersmith & City line). It is comprised of 6 existing buildings of 950,000 sq ft and a 4-acre development site.
History
Stanhope and Mitsui Fudosan acquired BBC Media Village in White City and renamed it White City Place.
2020 October - Mitsui Fudosan and Stanhope sell the development to Cadillac Fairview for £235m.
2018 November - Offices are 100% let.
The Westworks - 296,000 sq ft office / 28,300 sq ft retail Q3 2017
Garden House - 40,000 sq ft office Q4 2016
The Mediaworks - 231,000 sq ft office / 14,500 sq ft retail Q4 2016
2016 - Three buildings vacated by the BBC - White City One, Media Centre and Garden House - will be fully refurbished and brought back to the market from late 2016. In total there will be 566,290 sq ft of new office accommodation.
