Uplands Business Park redevelopment by BlackRock Real Assets and NEAT Developments in Walthamstow, London E17.

The £650m project will see the delivery of 1,800 new homes alongside 33,000m² of new industrial units.

The introduction of new, innovative stacked industrial buildings will expand the current industrial floor space from 28,000 to 33,000m2, alongside areas designated for business start-ups.

The development of 1,800 homes integrated with these stacked industrial structures aims to establish a genuine 15-minute neighbourhood.

The project will also feature new shops, restaurants, cafes, outdoor markets, and a Wetlands Waterside Park, which will provide public access to the site, connecting it with the neighbouring Walthamstow Wetlands.
