The redevelopment of 52 and 51 Sloane Street to the designs of Studio PDP includes various structural and external modifications. The ground and lower floors of number 52 will be transformed from embassy premises to a restaurant. The same floors at number 51 will be converted into retail space. The upper floors of both buildings are set to become an office space.
To improve amenities, provisions for cycle parking and refuse storage will be incorporated. The plans include the demolition of a rear extension at number 52 to make way for a conservatory, the establishment of an electrical substation, and several other external alterations.
