Riverstone Bishops Avenue is a later-living development for over 65s in Hampstead London N2.

The scheme designed by rg+p architects will contain 93 units in a woodland setting with a contemporary approach to the Arts and Crafts local heritage.

Amenities include a hair and nail salon, spa with sauna and steam rooms, swimming pool and vitality pool, library, club room, restaurant and bar, cinema, exercise studio and ballroom. There will be bespoke on-site professional care with highly qualified staff to provide support and care to residents.

The 230,000 sq ft project is focused on an all-electric energy strategy targeting a net zero carbon plan.
