How far along are the new developments when they are listed on Buildington?

The new developments are often added to the database as soon as they are acquired by the developer. They can be added at any stage.

You can search for 42 key milestones in the building timeline on Buildington. In order to secure the best property in the development, don’t wait for the launch announcement, register your interest as early as possible.

Keeping track of the milestones will help you be ready at the right time. For example, it would be best to apply for a mortgage as soon as construction starts.
