Site & Location
The site is located between Edgware Road and Penfold Street and is made up of five blocks: Blackwater, Lambourne, Ingrebourne, Cray and Pool Houses. This site also includes the shops and commercial properties running down the south side of Church Street to Penfold Street. 382 and 384 Edgeware Road are located on the corner of Church Street and Edgware Road.
