2014 - Endurance Land and Partners acquire 66-86 Farringdon Road from DTZ and Egan Property Asset Management for over £25. The buyer was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle and Fairbrother.

The 0.52-acre former NCP Car Park site is just 500 metres from Farringdon Station (Crossrail Station).
