Greenland Place is a mixed use development in London SE8.

Designed by RMA Architects, Greenland Place is set over nearly 8,5 acres and comprises a total of 697 new homes over five low-rise buildings, a 19-storey and a 23-storey tower. The development has 6,500 sq m of commercial space, including a new business centre, which offer residents the convenience of working adjacent to their own home if needed.

The first phase launched in September 2013first completions from June 2014. The whole development is expected to be complete by July 2018.

The latest phase Malmo Tower launched in November 2016. The tower comprised 81 one-bedroom suites, one, two and three-bedroom apartments is completing in Spring.
