Paynes & Borthwick is a riverside development in Greenwich, London SE8.

Paynes & Borthwick has a focal position within the Deptford / Greenwich creative hub, designated a Creative Enterprise Zone by the government, so it will also feature 38,000 sq ft of mixed use space and cultural space combining an art gallery, restaurant, commercial and retail units and underground parking.
The development brings together old and new in the form of a 16 storey residential tower and the sympathetic conversion and restoration of the existing warehouse buildings, which will retain their original facades.

The first residential units are due to be delivered by June 2013. Delivery for the whole project is expected for autumn 2013.
