History
The HQ building was originally commissioned for Orange Telecommunications for over 2100 of their staff.
2017 - Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Europe moves from Mayfair to The Point. The move to 12,000 sq ft office in Paddington was co-ordinated by JAC Project Management and Design team. The new office had undergone a Category A refurbishment. Robust financial control is paramount for this project and JAC Project Management was selected because it provides a single professional fee for project management and design and has solid systems and processes to manage complex projects. JAC’s role was also to provide expertise and input to build the business case internally and provide cost consultancy. JAC Design conducted extensive design analysis to understand the company’s DNA and the values that are critical to them. The new space communicates its Japanese heritage and the culture by incorporating Japanese materials into the interior.
