12.2011 Jamie Oliver has agreed on a 15-year lease on the 5,000 building for his food and kitchen shop Recipease where WH Smith used to be. Quoting rents for the block are understood to be around £300,000 pa. CWM acted for Pears and LaSalle; Montagu Evans advised Recipease .

13.10.2012 Pears and LaSalle Investment Management have bought London's Notting Hill Estate which makes them the owners of United House.
