Overview
Ambika House is a mixed-use building within the Harley Street Conservation Area, at the southern end of Portland Place in London W1.
The main elevation facing Portland Place comprises basement, ground and eight upper floors. The rear section, which runs perpendicular to, and is connected to, the front building, comprises part basement, ground and five upper floors of office accommodation. The lower two floors across the front of the building were previously occupied for office purposes. The second to eight floors of the front part of the main building are occupied for residential purposes, a total of 25 flats including an existing penthouse.
The penthouse on top of the building was designed by Buckley Gary Yeoman.
