HISTORY
Manor House was originally built in 1679 and was altered in 1838.
The building was once home to Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Really Useful Group.
2019 January - WeWork rents the recently redeveloped office building.
2017 February - Planning permission granted for:
Alterations to the existing building involving a single storey roof extension at 21 Soho Square, a two storey roof extension at 3-11 Sutton Row, formation of terraces, installation of plant, shopfront and new entrance, internal alterations, in connection with the extension of existing offices (Class B1) and use of part of the lower ground and part ground for retail (Class A1) and/or restaurant (Class A3) purposes and associated works.
