History
The original building was erected as residential apartments in the 1930s but was then occupied as administration offices by the US Navy during the Second World War and remained in that use (Class B1) until late 2007, since then it was vacant until the development started.

Site & Location

The main entrance is on North Audley Street right next to Grosvenor Square. Located on the western corner at the end of the buildings that make up the continuous north side of Grosvenor Square where it joins North Audley Street. To the north, it faces Providence Court and it, therefore, has three street frontages. The fourth side of the building forms a rear elevation to an internal courtyard shared with two neighbouring residential buildings at 18 Grosvenor Square and 18 Providence Court.
