History

2018 December - Chapman Petrie completes the sale of 2/5 Old Bond Street on behalf of NFU Mutual in the sum of £152,500,000. The property was purchased by Hong Kong-based investor. Chapman Petrie was retained to asset manage the property.

2016 - The super-prime freehold Central London retail, office and residential investment was advertised by HSM Chartered Surveyors in 2016. Retail units let to luxury brands of Tods and Alexander McQueen for in excess of 12 years. Self-contained, newly let Grade A offices on floors 2 to 5. Two residential apartments on floor 6. Current income of £3,472,309 pa. ERV of £4,931,116 pa. Offers in excess of 160,000,000 were expected.
