The scheme, which completed in Spring 2017, involved the demolition of two buildings and the construction of one unified scheme. The new building provides 50,000 sq ft of accommodation for Aviva Investors.
The old buildings at 287-291 Oxford Street and 11-12 Hanover Square were demolished. The redevelopment will provide a building of basements to seventh floor level with roof plant for use as offices (Class B1) on part ground, part first and second to seventh floors with terraces and green roof and retail (Class A1) on part basement, part ground and part first floor levels.
The nearest underground station is Oxford Circus.
