Grade II listed building was rebuilt from a townhouse designed by William Atkinson for the Dudley Ward family in 1827.
Formation Architects are converting the building into a single private residence, 4,090 sqm (44,000 sqft). The project was completed in mid-2012.
Dudley House was bought in January 2006 for £37.4 million by a private investment company Bristol Isles Ltd. Before that it was occupied by Hammerson plc since 1970.
The building comprises 17 bedrooms, a 50ft ballroom, 80 ft picture gallery and 14 reception rooms, to the highest standard.
