The development has west-facing views to the city and Canary Wharf and over 200 metres of river frontage.

The development was named after Samuel Enderby, a maritime entrepreneur and explorer who founded a shipping company in the 18th century. His residence Enderby House is a listed building and now forms part of the new development. The building will be refurbished into a Gastropub and cultural hub for Greenwich.
