2020 June - Brent Council approves the application ref. no. 19/4545.

2019 December - Planning Application submitted for: Demolition of the existing buildings and the redevelopment of the site to provide six buildings ranging between four to twelve storeys comprising residential units and commercial floorspace, and the erection of a part two part three storey commercial building with associated basement car parking, cycle storage, plant and shared external amenity space and landscaped courtyards at ground floor level, and other ancillary works. Brent Council ref. no. 19/4545.

2018 March - Planning permission granted. Planning permission was granted by Brent Council in March 2018 for residential and commercial development. Since then, planning policy has evolved and, in collaboration with the Council, NEAT Developments and Royal London Asset Management have revised the scheme to increase the number of new homes and the provision of affordable housing.

2017 - Planning application submitted for:
Demolition of the existing buildings and the redevelopment of the site to provide six buildings ranging between four to nine storeys and eight three storey mews houses, and the erection of a two storey commercial building, providing a total 4,051m of flexible commercial floorspace (B1(a),(b) and (c), B8, D2 and A3) across the site and 414 residential units including a mix of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units with associated basement car parking, cycle storage, plant and shared external amenity space and landscaped courtyards at ground floor level, and other ancillary works.
