The site was a fully let 50,000 sq ft office building prior to redevelopment.
2016 February - Planning permission granted for 184 residential apartments, as well as community use space and around 11,000sqft of commercial space.
A full range of on-site residents' facilities will be provided, including 24-hour residents' team, communal rooftop space, storage rooms and reading/communal room.
2012 November - site acquired unconditionally without planning permission by Essential Living.
1996 - CIT acquires the building.
Construction works are due to start in 2017.
