Overview

Chiltern Court is an apartment block above Baker Street Station in Marylebone, London NW1.

The building was designed by C. W. Clark.

Commissioned by The Metropolitan Railway, Chiltern Court comprised 180 high-class residential flats of varying sizes. It boasted many different services including central heating, refrigerators and wireless telephones as well as additional guest and maid quarters and a luxury restaurant for use by the residents.

In 1935 the apartments were advertised for rent for £175-750 per annum inclusive.
