Overview

206 Marylebone Road is a proposed office development in Marylebone, London NW1.

The new building will offer high-quality flexible modern office floorspace, suitable for a range of different size occupiers, to support capacity for economic development, job creation, and meet growing business needs.

The development will include demolition of the existing 1930s building, but retaining and protecting the existing facade structure to deliver a new building behind the facade.

There are two existing buildings on site - a purpose-built headquarters building from 1930s for the National Cash Register Company facing Marylebone Road, and a subsequent northern extension dating back to the 1960s.

Patterson Building

The 135,000 sq ft (12,541m2) building was once purpose-built as a headquarters building for NCR (National Cash Registers) in the 1930’s. It is now undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment to reinstate the office building into its former glory, whilst being fit for modern-day occupiers.
