2016 February - Planning permission granted for a 125,000 sq ft office development - an 81% floor area uplift.
The development will replace two tired properties totalling
69,000 sq ft, which in 2017 were let in a short-term basis.
One of the buildings demolished is Monmouth House - a 3,900m2 office building from the 1960s in the City of London EC1.
Site & Location
The site sits immediately to the south of White Collar Factory development by Derwent London. Just moments from the entrance to the Old Street tube station.
