1st Asset was a property and block management company. In 2018 Pastor Real Estate acquired the company as part of its growth plans. Part of the Monaco-based Pastor group of companies, Pastor Real Estate has substantial experience in property sales, lettings, and management, encompassing both residential and commercial property, in the central London market. Their core business has been predominantly in Mayfair, but increased client demand has prompted a move into other parts of Prime Central London and last year they opened a new Chelsea office to focus on Kensington & Chelsea. Christopher Mitchell of Pastor Real Estate said: “We are always looking at new ways to grow the business. This latest company acquisition expands our already strong property management team, as well as adding a new service line in block management.
